- GARDEN 1 -

The Garden of Erica & Bart Fanelli
2607 Forrest Way, Atlanta 30305

This Peachtree Heights garden makes full use of every inch of space to create a private refuge for adults, as well as play space for the young children in the family. The rear garden is comprised of numerous water features and sculptures, including three waterfalls and a grotto-style koi pond, all tied together with impressive stone bridges, walls and streams. The collection of Japanese maples, soft ground coverings and woody ornamentals complete the serene feeling of this private space.

- GARDEN 2 -

The Garden of Stan & Randy Mogolnicki
640 Tanglewood Trail, Atlanta 30327

The stone courtyard in front of this home doesn’t prepare the visitor for the sweeping vistas that await at the first turn into the back garden. This large garden is a true labor of love for the homeowners, who have spent more than thirty years nurturing their collection of woody ornamentals, Japanese maples and natives.

- GARDEN 3 -

The Garden of Allison Broms
5067 Green Pine Drive, Atlanta 30342

From the street one is greeted by an exquisite European-style courtyard, with stone urns, clipped boxwoods and a fig-covered façade. Stepping through the clematis-draped arch, the visitor will stroll through several garden rooms which effectively blend the needs of a young family and a passionate gardener.

- GARDEN 4 -

The Garden of Sarah & David McKenney
5026 Green Pine Drive, Atlanta 30342

It’s all in the details! From the impressive front entrance plantings to the expanses of dwarf mondo grass, texture abounds in this garden. Deodor cedars, Japanese maples and magnolias soften the front garden of this formal home, from which an arbor and gate lead into the intimate conifer garden. The rear garden continues that feeling of privacy and intimacy, with fragrant plantings surrounding the pool and patio. Beautiful stone paths lead the visitor in many directions, with surprises, including a vegetable garden and putting green, around each corner.

- GARDEN 5 -

The Garden of Joyce Bucher
1172 East Club Lane, Atlanta 30319

This hidden Brookhaven garden highlights what can only be achieved by years of loving attention. The festooned garlands of ivy draping the walls provide just a hint of what awaits around each corner. A beautiful shaded retreat just steps from Peachtree Street.

- GARDEN 6 -

The Garden of Cooper & Michelle Sanchez
783 Northern Avenue, Clarkston 30021

A magical space just slightly off the beaten path. Artist Cooper Sanchez has created a nostalgic wildflower meadow punctuated with drifts of natural plantings, charming folk art, working bee hives in the distance and a back porch that invites the visitor to take a seat and enjoy the experience.

- GARDEN 7 -

The Garden of Robert E. Meaders
657 Densley Drive, Decatur 30033

This garden was originally started in 1987 as a sun perennial garden, when there was nothing on the grounds but one big tulip poplar in the lower back yard. All of the initial plantings were done by the homeowner. A number of changes have been made to the garden as the plantings have matured, and it has evolved into an exquisite shady space with an emphasis on foliage perennials and architecture.

- GARDEN 8 -

The Garden of Paula & Jim Refi
472 Durand Drive, Atlanta 30307

This quarter-acre garden has seen many changes in its 38-year existence, but the gardener’s intent remains constant: a core group of unusual small trees and flowering shrubs enhanced by annuals, perennials, bulbs, and climbers. A large mixed border blooms in front. Behind the house, low stone walls and an outdoor living room anchored by a Victorian mantle lend permanence. A naturalistic pond lures wildlife.

- GARDEN 9 -

The Garden of Chris Roblyer
1269 Oxford Road, Atlanta 30306

This distinctive city garden takes advantage of every inch for planting, with an emphasis on texture rather than color. You are welcomed at the curb by sweeping mixed borders while the back is largely a woodland garden, with many varieties of Japanese maples, hellebores, hostas, ferns, and woody ornamentals.

Note: Gardens 9, 10 and 11 are within easy walking distance of each other.

- GARDEN 10 -

The Garden of Susan Muller & Steve Budnick
1209 Springdale Road, Atlanta 30306

This classic Atlanta garden shows off just what one would expect of a perennial gardener. The extensive mixed border is punctuated with tuteurs and sculpture, gently leading the visitor toward the back garden, with its climbing roses, vines and koi pond. Be sure to ask about the water collection system that is beautifully disguised in the hardscaping.

Note: Gardens 9, 10 and 11 are within easy walking distance of each other.

- GARDEN 11 -

The Garden of Dr. Phil & Judi Edwards
1130 Springdale Road, Atlanta 30306

A true collector’s garden! Over the years this gardener has carefully accumulated an enormous collection of specimen plants for his rock and woodland gardens. The stone trails meander through this hillside garden, punctuated with ponds and eclectic sculpture.

Note: Gardens 9, 10 and 11 are within easy walking distance of each other.
